At the end of 2015, fans of ‘Star Wars’ welcomed two surprises—‘Star Wars: Battlefront’ and ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’. Both of them have brought decent incomes. And the data given by the analysts shows the sales volume of ‘Star Wars: Battlefront’ may have exceeded 13 million, completing the primary goal of EA.

In the latest interview of Fortune, two analysts gave their data analysis on ‘Star Wars: Battlefront’. Michael Pachter thinks in November last year, the game has received 6 million times selling, while there are another 6 million in December. The income of it is around 660 million dollars. The other analyst, Evan Wilso thinks ‘Star Wars: Battlefront’ may have completed 13 million sales volume, but the income is not as high as we thought because of the discount.

 

It is widely known that EA sets a goal of 13 million before the release of ‘Star Wars: Battlefront’. But considering users’ complains on the lack of story line and simple gameplay, the sales volume of the work is questionable. On the other hand, it won’t be bad. ‘Star Wars’ series have huge amount of fans after all.
